Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • the item is unused

  • the item is in original condition

  • the item is in its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • items damaged by misuse

  • items returned without original packaging

  • items lost or damaged after delivery


3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, email us within 48 hours with photos:

We will send a replacement at no extra cost.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your bank (3–10 business days)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective or incorrect.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
After processing, the order cannot be canceled.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

MaisonCabas® is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by carriers.

If your package is lost during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim.
